Double Murder Suspects Return To Court

We're learning new information about the high profile murders of two Kentucky teens.

On Friday morning, four of the five suspects in Bo Upton and Ryan Shangraw's murders were in court.
We're finally finding out what roles police say each person played in the crime.

Prosecutors say Jamarkos Campbell was the trigger-man and shot at least one of the teens. Prosecutors claim Charles Smith was the getaway driver and Neccolous Mundy planned the crime.

In court, investigators say Campbell, along with Deonte Simmons and Matthew Tolson, were inside the mobile home in Lincoln county when the murder happened back in February of 2002.

Investigators say Mundy and Smith waited outside the home.

Matthew Tolson already pleaded guilty and will testify against the other four men. He's awaiting sentencing.

At Friday's hearing, defense attorneys filed several motions, including some dealing with the death penalty and bond reduction.

The judge said he will decide after Jarmarkos Campbell's trial if he'll hold separate trials for the other three co-defendants.
