The trial date is now set for two men accused of murder and assault in Madison County.
An official with the Commonwealth's Attorney's office says Tony Hodge and Douglas hall will go to trial on October 23rd.
Police say the two men carried out a deadly home robbery in the Big Hill community.
Margaret Faye Jackson died and Mitchell Turner was stabbed and shot, but he survived.
