A Judge threatened Comair with contempt of court Tuesday afternoon.

The threat was issued after Comair failed to present Circuit Judge Pamela Goodwine with a list of names of the families of flight 5191 victims.

After a day of heated arguments, an airport inspection scheduled for later this month will go on as planned.

Tuesday Morning, Fayette County Circuit Judge, Pamela Goodwine, displayed a letter she graphed for families of victims in the Flight 5191 crash, notifying them of the September 27th airport inspections.

Goodwine has stated she wants control over the notification process.

In the hearing, Goodwine expressed frustration, aimed at Comair, for not supplying her with the names of family members.

Goodwine threatened Comair with contempt of court unless they present the names of the victim's families by 2:00 pm Tuesday.

Lawyer Ron Green, who represents Comair, claimed the airline had been unable to gather all of the names. He also sites issues of confidentiality.

Tuesday afternoon the NTSB provided Ron Green with a list of names of family members and representatives of the victims.

The letters were sent out to the family members notifying them of the September 27th inspection at the airport.
