BUSY, Ky. (AP) - Police say two boys are facing charges after a "homemade destructive device" was detonated in a boys' bathroom
at an elementary school in eastern Kentucky.
Kentucky State Police say the boys were taken into custody Monday after a loud noise was heard in the restroom at Willard Elementary School in Perry County. Trooper Tony Watts said the boys are students at the school, which has classes through eighth grade.

The boys were charged with second-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree arson. They were taken to Breathitt County Juvenile
Police are still investigating.
