Rounds of showers and storms continue to push across the region. Flash flooding is the main threat tonight into Wednesday.
A number of people are out of their homes after a fire tore through their apartment building in Scott County late Wednesday night.
The flames broke out at the Georgetown Oaks Apartments on Post Oak Path near Pavilion Drive.
Everyone was able make it out of the burning building safely.
Firefighters say the fire was contained to the second and third floors. The first floor sustained water damage.
People from all eight units were taken to hotels for the night.
Firefighters say at least two units were destroyed. Others were damaged.
The fire rekindled early Thursday morning.
The cause is under investigation.
