A Frankfort man was arrested after police say he tried to sell drugs out of a Papa John's drive-thru window.

22-year-old Anthony White, Jr. could spend 10 years in jail after police found Oxycontin and more than $800 in cash on him.

Police were called to the Papa John's after a customer called police, claiming he was offered cocaine and pills in addition to his pizza.

Commonwealth Attorney Larry Cleveland says White admitted to selling drugs when he was arrested by police.

Cleveland says while the setting of crime is unusual, it is still a serious crime none-the-less.
