General showers will be the main action over the next few hours. A few could remain on the strong to severe side in eastern parts of Kentucky.
A missing 10-year old student, who walked away from the Shearer Elementary School in Winchester Monday morning, was found hiding under a family members bed.
Several police agencies were called to search for Jeffrey Williams who was last seen leaving the school, walking towards railroad tracks about 8:30 a.m.
Kentucky State Police, along with the Winchester police department and Clark county sheriff's department searched the area and questioned people for hours.
Family members tell 27NEWSFIRST the boy did not want to go to school today and that was likely why he walked out of the school after saying he had to go to the bathroom.
Clark County superintendent Dr. Ed Musgrove says proper procedure was followed after the boy did not return to class. He says the teacher immediately contacted the principal and the search began.
Musgrove says a review of today's procedures will be done at Shearer elementary.
