A guilty plea is expected from a former southern Kentucky college student, who's accused of trying to coerce a young woman into making a sexually graphic video for him.
Investigators say University of the Cumberlands student Sungkook Kim accessed another student's account after she forgot to log off a computer in a campus computer lab.
Investigators say Kim found sexually explicit videos of the woman and tried to blackmail her.
Kim's attorney has filed a motion asking that he be allowed to plead guilty to charges of extortion, illegally accessing computers and using someone else's identification. However, Kim plans to fight a charge that he possessed child pornography.
Police arrested Kim last November, and the university expelled him.
