Berea Police end up using a Taser on a man they say was stealing beef jerky.
Clerks at the local Circle K store say 33-year old William Smith was leaving the store without paying for the jerky.
They contacted police who then chased down Smith and questioned him. The responding officer says Smith tried to get away and police used a Tazer and then made the arrest.
