Police throughout Central Kentucky are on alert searching for suspects wanted in an early Monday morning home invasion.

Police were called to an apartment on Race Street in Richmond just after 1:00 a.m.

A man living there told police three men wearing white masks and black hoodies forced their way inside to rob him.

27 NEWSFIRST has learned the robbers were armed with a handgun and a baseball bat.

Richmond Police haven't released any information.
