Kentucky State Police are looking into a deadly fire in the southern part of the state.
The flames broke out at around 6:00 Tuesday morning at a home on New Zion Road in Whitley County.
Firefighters were called in from Woodbine and Rockholds fire departments to battle the flames.
Fire investigators say one person's body was found inside the burning home. The identity of that person has not yet been officially released, but family members tell us it was 57-year-old Linda Harp.
An autopsy is being done for positive identification.
The exact cause of the fire is under investigation at this time, but no foul play is suspected.
