A Georgetown man has turned himself in after being charged in connection with a deadly crash.
A Jessamine County grand jury indicted 21-year-old Diego Benavides on a charge of second degree manslaughter.
Deputies say Benavides crossed the center line on U.S. 68 near Catnip Hill back in November and ran head-on into a car driven by 20-year-old Kyle Feck.
Feck, who was a Kentucky National Guardsman, was pronounced dead a the scene.
The Jessamine Journal reports alcohol is was not suspected in the crash.
