Triple Shooting Suspect Appears Before Judge

In Martin County, a man accused in a shooting rampage appears before a judge.

Billy Sartin heard the charges against him: two counts of murder, one count of assault and one count of kidnapping.

He did not enter a plea Thursday and will be back in court next week.

Police arrested Sartin Wednesday after a 36 hour manhunt. Family members have said Sartin suffers from mental illness and thought someone was poisoning him.
