A family member of a murder victim made a scene in a Pike County courtroom. The outburst came after the suspect was found not guilty.

The murder victim's sister was outraged by the verdict and began to scream, " my brother was killed, this is not right, this is not right...murderer!"

She is the sister of 26-year old Greg Flemming, whose body was found in a burned out car last year.

After three hours of deliberations, a jury acquitted 19-year old Cory Chaney of the crime.

A second man is charged in the case, but his trial doesn't begin until later this year.
