Man Accused of Kidnapping a Sheriff's Deputy Appears in Court

The man accused of kidnapping a Sheriff's Deputy from Ohio and leading police on a chase, appears in court.

Today a judge set bond for Sean Lackey at $250,000 dollars.

A school bus driver alerted police to the kidnapping. The driver says she was driving her route when she noticed a man beating a woman in the backseat of a car next to her.

State police arrested Lackey after a chase down Interstate 75. Police found the Sheriff's Deputy tied up in the backseat of the car.
