Police are looking into the deadly shooting of a former constable in Eastern Kentucky.
Police say it happened in Johnson County were they found the victim, James Mollette, dead in his front living room.
Mollette was shot once in his left arm. The body was taken to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
Police do believe that foul play is suspected and ask for anyone who has information in this murder to call he Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555.
