Constable Dies from Beating Injuries

Tragic news out of north eastern Kentucky after a Carter County Constable, Elmer Kise, dies Wednesday morning. .

Kiser was found last week in the middle of the road in Olive Hill. Police say he called in a report of a reckless driver just before he was discovered.

Police arrested 23 year Johnny Puckett, whom they believe beat Kiser, causing his injuries.

Police believe no one is on the loose
