The victims have been identified as Jennifer Triplet and Nicole Helton.
So far police say the fire happened on U.S. 60 in Polksville, near the Salt Lick area.
Authorities tell us it happened at an apartment complex where the fire began in the garage, about 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
Police have confirmed that Nicole Helton was a student at Bath County High School.
Right now the cause of the fire is still under investigation, but officials say a boat and fuel were found in the garage, where the fire started.
They haven't confirmed if the boat and fuel is to blame, but it is part of their investigations.
