A Flood Watch and a Winter Storm Watch are out for the entire region late Tuesday through early Thursday. Heavy rain develops Tuesday night into Wednesday morning and may put down 1”-3” in some areas. Arctic air pushes in from west to east on Wednesday with heavy sleet and snow taking over. That setup could produce several inches of accumulation. Snow will slowly end from west to east Thursday as bitterly cold air continues to push in.
A Richmond woman who was listed as missing and endangered is reportedly back home with her family. 20-year-old Rebecca Davis was last seen Friday night leaving work with 28-year-old Jonathan Noe, a man she had recently broken up with.
Davis's parents, Joe and Toni Davis, were deeply concerned for their daughter's safety. They say it was completely out of her character to simply disappear. Davis is a senior in high school and is set to attend her prom next weekend.
The Davis's say they received an unusual text from their daughter's phone following her disappearance. They say it wasn't written in her normal "text lingo."
No word yet on whether or not any charges in the disappearance will be filed.
