Authorities in Utah have determined that remains found inside a vehicle are that of a missing Kentucky former high school student.
Members of the Washington County Sheriffs Office say the state medical examiner used DNA to make the identification of Zachary Ruble.
Ruble's body was discovered after a rancher reported seeing an SUV in flames.
Tthe 19-year-old was a student at the University of Utah.
Investigators have not determined if his death and the fire were
the result of an accident, suicide or homicide.
