Survivor of Comair Crash Released from Hospital 
The lone survivor of the Kentucky plane crash that killed 49 people has left the hospital to begin weeks of rehab.
James Polehinke was the Comair plane's co-pilot. Officials at University of Kentucky Hospital say he was released around midday today.
Polehinke's mother says today that she thinks it's too soon for her son to be released -- but he was eager to get out of the hospital.
Polehinke was pulled from the wreckage by a Lexington police officer. Since the August 27th crash, he has undergone several surgeries and has had his leg amputated.
Federal investigators say Polehinke was piloting the plane when it attempted to takeoff from a runway that was too short.
