A new study published in the American journal of medicine says Kentuckians are the most stressed people in the country.
Scientists conclude from data collected over 11 years that people in Hawaii are the least stressed, Kentuckians are the most. The study says physical conditions like disability or sickness, stressful life events, low income, and the economy are to blame.
It says Appalachia and the Mississippi Valley area are the hardest hit by stress and depression.
