WKYT Goes All Digital Thursday

Posted: Thu 8:51 AM, Apr 16, 2009

Thursday, WKYT will make the change from analog to digital.

Our analog transmitter will be turned off at 1:00 p.m.

If you watch us on satellite or cable, you shouldn't have to do anything.

However, if you watch us over the air, you either need a DTV-ready television set or a converter box.

If that is the case, you will need an antenna capable of receiving both UHF and VHF signals.

WKYT will be broadcasting its digital signal only on VHF.
