Man Tries to Steal Student's Urine to Pass Drug Test

Parents at one eastern Kentucky Elementary School are speaking out after police arrested a man for trying to steal their children's urine.

Police say Nick Kintigos went to Argillite Elementary in Greenup County to get urine from students so he could pass his drug test at work.

His wife works for the school system and reportedly let him into the school. Parents of children who were approached are furious.

The couple has plead not guilty to charges of criminal trespassing and identity theft.

Teresa Kintigos is suspended from the school without pay.
