A woman is recovering after she was hit by a LexTran bus Tuesday.
The accident happened on Limestone near Leader Ave.
The bus driver told police the woman stepped out in front of the bus.
The victim was taken to the UK medical center to be treated for a broken arm, a broken rib and a concussion.
Police say the driver of the bus was not at fault.
