Police Search for Kidnapping Suspect

A 70-year-old woman was attacked and kidnapped from her home in Cumberland County, Wednesday morning.

Police say the suspect broke into the woman's Burkesville home early Wednesday morning, assaulted and kidnapped her and then finally let her go in Tompkinsville.

Police say the suspect was driving a 1993 half-tone Chevrolet pickup truck with a chrome toolbox and made numerous stops in the Tompkinsville area.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
