Heavy snow is taking its time moving through the state of Kentucky. This will be a historic once its all said and done with a few spots around a foot of snow.
The state has issued a license that allows the Corbin Expo Center's new arena to sell alcohol.
The Times-Tribune reports the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Commission issued the arena a caterer's license.
That means alcohol sales can make up 30% or less of total food and drink sales.
Arena officials say the license is already in effect, and drinks kiosks would be set up around the concourse.
