Firefighters in Campbellsburg in Henry County battled a fire at their own fire station early Thursday morning.
The building went up in flames on Main Street shortly after midnight.
The inside of the firehouse was gutted, however all of the equipment was saved.
Firefighters were able to move it outside in time.
Investigators think the fire started in the upstairs of the fire station.
The investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
