Human Remains Found in Red River Gorge

State Forensic Anthropologist Dr. Emily Craig and other investigators returned to the Red River Gorge Monday where human bones were found. Two hikers found a skeleton Sunday in Wolfe County near the Wolfe-Menifee County line.

Authorities are checking missing persons reports as they attempt to
learn the identity of the person whose sex and age have not been
determined.

Police have been searching the area for more than a month for Todd Harlacher. The West Carrolton, Ohio man disappeared in August. Authorities found his truck abandoned in the gorge last month.
