Stalking Suspect Indicted by Grand Jury

The man accused of stalking his Madison County neighbors is indicted by the Madison County Grand Jury.

Police arrested Dwayne Robertson in August after he was found living in an un-occupied home in the Hidden Hills neighborhood.

Police found weapons in the home and notes on Robertson's neighbors.

Investigators say the Breathitt County native had been illegally entering the homes of nearby residents and may have planned to harm some of them.

The Madison County Grand Jury indicted Robertson on five felonies, including two counts of second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property.
