Preliminary Report Released

New information in what may have caused a plane to go down last month in a Lexington field.

An F.A.A. inspector says the airplane's engine lost power while in flight.

The inspector says the pilot attempted to re-start the plane before landing in a field off North Cleveland Road.

The plane was substantially damaged in the landing.

The pilot was not injured
