Friday marks the one year anniversary of a deadly Kentucky school bus crash.
On May 1st, 2008, high school student Daniel Wood was killed when a dump truck hit his school bus in Pendleton County.
A grand jury chose not to indict the truck's driver, Francisco Yulfo.
Wood's parents have filed a civil lawsuit against Yulfo and the trucking company.
