A family says a body, found at a rural Kentucky strip mine, may be that of their missing loved one.
The story is developing at a scene in the Georges Branch area of Vicco, in Perry County.
Police are not releasing information on the body, but family members of a missing Breathitt County woman say the remains are her.
29-year-old Jessica Mullins was last seen Saturday night when she dropped her baby off at a boyfriend's home in Knott County.

There is no excuse for this. It has been happening too often in Eastern Kentucky and the person responsible needs the worst punishment available. Think of those poor little children growing up without their mother.
