Man Accused of Holding Girlfriend Against her Will

Police have arrested a 24-year-old
northern Kentucky man who is accused by his girlfriend of holding
her against her will with a dog chain and forcing her to have sex.
A prosecutor for the Kenton County Attorney's Office says Billie
Holt of Walton faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of
kidnapping and other charges related to the incident.
Holt was arrested Sunday after the woman claimed he had held her
against her will for five days. Independence police responded to a
nine-one-one hang-up call. They arrived at an address found by
computer and met a woman at the door who said her boyfriend brought
her to Independence and was holding her against her will. She said
that at night, he chained her to him using a dog chain and forced
her to have sex.
The woman identified Holt as her boyfriend and said the two have
three children together. She told police he took her to his
brother's home in Independence, where she was forced to stay.
