A Corbin man is held on a million dollar bond on charges of use of a minor under the age 16 for sexual performance.
Corbin police arrested Derek Hodge and accuse him of using a 9-year old in sexual activity and abuse.
Hodge pleaded not guilty.
The Times Tribune says 36-year old Hodge was arrested after experts examined his computer and found images of children involved in sexual activity.
They also talked to the 9-year old. Captain Tim Helton says his department started the investigation and confiscated the computer after the victim's parents contacted police.
