Mother Charged in Son's Death 
A Kentucky mother now faces murder charges after an accident killed her eight-year old son.
A grand jury has indicted Wynema Worley for the murder of her son, Dylan.
Back in August, police say Worley had drugs in her system when she drove her car into Lake Cumberland.
Worley had previously been charged with 2nd degree manslaughter. Worley's attorney has said Worley tried to save her son.
