Hufnagel Family Files Lawsuit
It was an accident that shocked the community.
A pregnant Lexington woman.. crushed to death outside a Lexington parking garage.
Now after nearly five months.. the husband of Stephanie Hufnagel plans to file a lawsuit.
22 year old Hufnegel was 8 months Pregnant when she was killed.
Since the accident all city parking garages have been inspected.
The lawsuit names the owner and managers of the parking garage.
The driver of the truck that tapped the wall is also named in the suit.
Stephanie's Husband Brian says his life changed forever after the May 16th accident.
Now he wants to know why the accident happened.
