Cleanup is underway in parts of southern and eastern Kentucky, hit hard by flooding earlier this week.
The water rose so high along Highway 1427 in Floyd County, more than ten homes were flooded, and the water even totaled one car.
Now, many people in that area are trying to save what they can before more rain moves in.
"I don't want to take that big of a loss is the problem, so I'm trying to just wait it out, but I think this time may have been the straw that broke the camel's back," said Kaye Allen whose home was damaged by the flooding.
The same area was also hit hard by the Memorial Day flood in 2004.
