A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is out for for much of northern and eastern Kentucky until 9 p.m. This is just east of the Lexington metro.
Some are fishing in what was pasture just a day ago, after floods filled the plains with water.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for ares surround the Kentucky River, including parts of Estill County.
Emergency Management and Estill County Officials are now on standby, monitoring the weather closely, as more rain is expected to come down.
While a car got stuck in high water on Kentucky State Road 1571, county officials say no one was reported injured.
A flood warning is still in place for Estill County through Wednesday afternoon.
