Man Arrested in Lexington Murder Case Appears in Court

Police have made an arrest in a Lexington murder case. A man charged in connection with Lexington's latest murder is set to appear in court today.

Police say 21-year old George Lynn Terry is accused of killing a man whose body was found outside of the Coolavin Apartments on Sixth Street Thursday morning.

The victim has been identified as 24-year old Craig Petit. Terry is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Terry also faces drug charges stemming from his arrest.
