An 85 year old sexual predator in northern Kentucky has been arrested after violating a new sexual predator law.
Police in Newport say they were tipped off by a local teenager. A Newport High School cheerleading coach noticed this man, Clellon Howard taking pictures of girls.
One of the cheerleaders wrote down his license plate number, and Howard turned out to be a sexual offender.
Howard was arrested for violating the new sexual predator law after not moving more than 1000 feet from the school last month. The judge suspended his sentence if he moves within 20 days.
