Police in Floyd County are investigating the death of 59-year-old William Reynolds the Third. His body was found Monday under a railroad bridge.
Police believe Reynolds may have fallen from the bridge. Foul play isn't suspected, but an autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
