Prayer Vigil Outside Paris City Hall

Another night of prayer outside Paris city hall.
Dozens gathered to pray for change within the city and the police department.
The prayer vigil comes after Paris police officer Myron Thomas filed a complaint against the city claiming racial discrimination.
An investigation into the claims is on-going.
