Four Arrested, Accused Of Running Prescription Drugs

Four men from Whitley County are accused of running prescription drugs from Florida to Kentucky, legally.

Williamsburg Police arrested the group on Monday night at the Super Walmart, but could not charge them with drug trafficking.

Instead, investigators charged Daniel Martin and Joseph Ennis of Mt. Sterling, and William Ennis and Ralph Stanly of Jeffersonville with public intoxication.

Police say the men obtained the drugs from a pain pill clinic in Ft. Lauderdale, for about $1,000 with a street value of worth $27,000.
