Bands of heavy snow are now working through Central Kentucky. By the time this system ends on Thursday some areas will pick up more than 1 foot of snow.
Family and friends gave their last goodbyes Wednesday to one of two people killed in last week's tornado.
Funeral services for Glenda Charbonnel, 46, got underway at 10:00 a.m. at Harrod Brothers Memorial Chapel in Frankfort.
An EF3 tornado flipped a trailer that both Charbonnel and Mike Yarber were in, into a nearby pond, killing them both.
Yarber's body was later found in a nearby pond.
His visitation begins Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Combs, Parsons and Collins Funeral Home in Richmond.
His funeral will follow at 2:00, also at the funeral home.
Three others were also taken to the hospital, including Katrina McKee and her two children, Trevor, 4, and Travis, 14-months.
McKee has a broken neck and could be paralyzed. Her mother, Eva McKee, tells 27 NEWSFIRST the children are still struggling and having nightmares. They have not been told their father, Yarber, was killed as requested by their mother.
