Two of the three high school students, injured in an accident that claimed the life of one of their friends, have been released from the hospital.
The Herald Leader is reporting that Jasmine Marks and Kierra Fultz have left UK hospital, following the April 27th car accident that killed 15 year old Nate Stuckey.
The driver, Nicolas Petit-Frere remains hospitalized in fair condition.
Police say he was driving on Russell Cave Road at Faulkner Avenue when the car crossed lanes, and hit a tree head-on.
Police say Petit-Frere didn't have a valid drivers license, only a learners permit, which he'd had for four months.
