Updated: Fri 11:17 AM, Feb 05, 2010

A cow escapes a stockyard and makes his way toward a Garrard County church. Unfortunately, a few people got hurt in the process.

Lancaster Police say people in the stock yard tried to corner the cow, but it got away. Instead, it busted through a door inside the Harvest Time Tabernacle Church on Richmond Street.

The cow ended up stomping an 18 year-old, an assistant pastor, and a young child. The two men were taken to Emphraim McDowell Hospital in Danville with injuries. Hospital officials wouldn't release any information on their conditions.

The cow ended up being tranqulized and eventually died.
