A man accused of tricking a restaurant manager into strip searching an employee has been found not guilty in Bullitt County.

David Stewart was charged with impersonating a police officer, soliciting sodomy and soliciting sexual abuse.

Prosecutors say Stewart lied about being a police officer when he called a McDonald's in 2004 and told the assistant manager a teen employee stole money. But Stewart's attorneys say there is no proof Stewart is the man who made the call.

Stewart's attorney hopes his client can move on after these accusations.
