A Southern Kentucky man has been indicted for setting a bed on fire, with his grandmother still in it.
The Sentinel Echo reports a Laurel County grand jury returned the indictment on Friday against Daniel Nolan.
He's charged with attempted murder, wanton endangerment, and arson.
Police say in early April, Nolan poured lighter fluid on his 75-year-old bed ridden grandmother, Hazel Nolan. A relative was there to call 911.
Hazel Nolan suffered burns to her neck and face.
She was taken to the hospital, and later released.
