"Operation Falcon III" Rounds Up Four Local Fugitives

Deputy Marshals and their fellow task force members arrested 10,773 felony fugitives. This number includes 1,659 sex offenders and 364 documented gang members. Four of them were from Lexington and surrounding areas.

Spencer Scott Bussell was arrested for Flagrant Non-Support and Failure to Appear.

Ronnie Lee Hall was arrested for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry 1st Offense.

Joseph Lewis was arrested on five counts of Sexual Abuse and two counts of Sodomy.

And Sergio Ventura a.k.a. Alberto Orellana was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Lackawanna County, PA for a Hit and Run in which the victim died.
